ABOUT US

Daniel Maman is a renowned marchand and influential figure in the visual arts and culture of Argentina. He started his career 40 years ago advising his clients on the best ways to invest in the art market by encouraging them to consider art, not only as a source of great pleasure but also, as a source of benefits. Thanks to his keen eye and profound knowledge on art he managed to help build the most important art collections in the country.

In 2001, together with his wife Patricia Pacino, they opened in Buenos Aires their third art gallery: MAMAN Fine Art. Their work motto was “The Art of Advising” and under it they developed a broad cultural program which included consulting services, artist talks, curator meetings, book presentations and guided tours for children. As a result, MAMAN Fine Art managed to position itself at the forefront of the local art scene. With more than 50 exhibitions and 30 published catalogs the work of the gallery helped launched and consolidate the career of some of the most important artists of Argentina.

In 2013, following one of his dreams, Daniel Maman moved to the United States and opened: MAMAN Fine Art – Miami. The new gallery is located in the heart of the Design District, a neighborhood dedicated to innovative fashion, design, art and dining experiences. Like its counterpart in Buenos Aires, MAMAN Fine Art – Miami intends to become the epicenter for Modern and Contemporary Latin American Art in the City.
